I can not thank you enough or sing your praises enough for the service you provided to my mom and I as she downsized and we resettled her to Orlando and emptied and sold her home. From the moment you came for the consultation, you each were professional, clear communicators, and showed my mom such honor and respect during this emotional time, always putting her needs and feelings first and showing respect for her property. Your service took so much weight off my shoulders, and I still can not believe that we walked away on moving day leaving a house full of stuff and that we walked in on closing day to a totally cleaned out home and cash in hand! You did all the work that I otherwise would have had to slug through, and because of your ability to display things beautifully and advertise, hopefully things my mom loved but no longer needs will be repurposed, used, and loved in someone else's home. The past several months have been emotionally and physically tiring, but you allowed me to focus my time and energy into getting my mom resettled here, and I can't imagine having gone through this process any other way.

Questions from a prospective client to a former client…
I am considering hiring Estate Sales Ever After to conduct an estate sale of
my mother’s personal property in Melbourne – Michelle and Lori provided
your name as a reference. I hope you will kindly let me know the following:
1. Did the service they provide meet your expectations?
A. Absolutlely, 100% met my expectations
2. Would you hire them again?
A. Well nothing left to sell as they sold virtually EVERYthing, but
again absolutely I would use them again.
I was concerned about hiring them or any other firm as well Terri. I
had never done this before, I had a TON of stuff that I had no idea
what I was going to do about as I was in the process of moving back
home to Seattle and storage just did not make any sense as I will not
have a new home for a while. Yard sale was out. I just am not into
doing that and I had WAY too much furniture and belongings.
First off, they REALLY do know their stuff and they understand the
customer as they have done this many times. Lori told me several times
about situations that actually arose during the sale when I was there.
Side note, you can be at the sale of course, I preferred not to be
but in the brief times I stopped in, I was hit up with exactly what
Lori had mentioned. Nothing bad, but customers trying to buy it
directly from you... an example Lori mentioned and I was hit up right
They were a whirlwind once they got to working. Cleaning and
re-arranging and they set up very nicely and logically and it looked
and WAS very professional once the sale started.
The other GREAT part from my perspective was that at least half of the
major items (the ones I was really worried about selling) were sold
before the sale even started. That was fantastic as they updated me
before the sale, this is sold, that is sold and I was wondering if
they would have anything left the day of the sale itself!
Finally, the best part of working with Michelle and Lori is (and it
may sound silly, but it was a big help for me) they were FUN to work
with. Professional, they kept me hopping and cleaning and such as
needed, but it was an easier process than I expected. It was a bit
tough watching some of the things you have saved or cherished and they
understand that part.
I really hope that helps some. YES I would use them again in a
heartbeat. It was worth every penny and in particular, I had a
deadline and I did not think there was a chance to make it. In the
end, I had less to pack up and take with me than I had ever imagined
and that was a good thing. Between the pre-sale and advertising for
the sale, I was stunned at the level of response and volume of people
that went through my home.
